Privacy Policy

Short version: we keep what Relay needs to place your calls and bill for them, nothing more. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics trackers.
What we collect
- Your account: email, name, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Your calls: the task you give Relay, the number it dials, and the call transcript while the call runs.
- Usage and billing: minutes used, charges, and your credit balance.
- Teams: organization name, members, roles, seats, and invite links.
- Demo requests: what you type into the enterprise demo form.
What stays in your browser
Contacts you import or add are stored in your browser on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them. When a task needs a number, only the names it needs are sent.
How long we keep it
- Call transcripts are deleted automatically within a week. Your call list (who, when, how long, cost, and outcome) stays in your account so you can see your history and charges.
- Monthly usage totals are kept for about 13 months for billing.
- Invite links expire after 14 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts Relay and runs the speech and language models that power the calls.
- Phone carriers (such as Telnyx or Twilio) carry phone calls and receive the numbers and audio needed to connect them.
- Stripe processes card payments. Relay never sees or stores your card number.
On every call
Relay tells the person it calls that it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf. Use Relay only for calls you are allowed to make, and do not send health, financial account, or other sensitive details through it.
Cookies
Relay sets a signed sign-in cookie that expires after 30 days, plus one small cookie that remembers a one-time cache refresh. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Relay is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your account data or for the account to be deleted by writing to rbefraim@gmail.com. We will update this page when Relay's data handling changes.
